How it Works:

Days - There are seven letter beads each representing a different day of the week. To mark the correct day, simply position a charm next to the appropriate letter.

Time - The times 1 o’clock through 12 o’clock are represented by the number beads. The three spacer beads between each number represent fifteen minute increments. For example, to mark 1:30, position a charm after the #1 and two spacer beads.

Amounts - The number beads can be used at face value to count small amounts up to twelve by positioning the charm next the corresponding number. This is useful for tracking the number of strokes on a golf hole or bottles of water you drink. To count larger amounts, each number bead represents 100 and the spacer beads increments of 25. This is helpful when tracking the number of calories you have eaten. When you reach 1200, start moving the second charm to reach a total of 2400.
